Output sizes

Steam wants seven sizes across four aspect ratios. The layout is stored as fractions of the canvas, so switching size re-lays the same design rather than stretching it.

Top of the list is the front of the image. Use ∧ and ∨ to move a layer forward or back.

Steam rules

Covers the Steam header capsule, main capsule, small capsule, vertical capsule, library capsule, library hero and page background.

Capsules must carry the game logo. Valve rejects art without readable title text.
No review scores, awards, discounts or "coming soon" text baked into the art.
The small capsule renders about 100px wide in search. Logo only at that size.
Library art is portrait. Design it separately rather than cropping the header.
