About the Icon Resizer

Turns one 1024×1024 master icon into every iOS, Android, web-app and Windows size, bundled into a ZIP, in your browser. Drop the icon, tick the platforms you ship on, download the set.

Platforms
Which sets go into the ZIP. iPhone and iPad cover the App Store sizes (transparency is removed there because Apple rejects it), Android Launcher writes one PNG per screen density, Web App covers installable-site icons with the manifest, and Windows ICO packs four sizes into one file.
Crop
The gold square is what exports. Drag it to move, zoom to tighten, Re-center to reset; a non-square source gets cropped here instead of stretched.
Background
What replaces transparency where a platform forbids it: white, black, or a custom color. Elsewhere your transparency survives untouched.
Padding
Applies to the two maskable web-app files only, which launchers crop to a circle. Defaults to none; add it only if your mark reaches the edges of the square.
Android 13 Themed Icon
The monochrome layer newer Android launchers tint to match the wallpaper, generated from your mark.
Contents.json
Ships the Xcode catalog file with the iOS set, so the folder drops straight into an asset catalog.

Common Questions

Is my icon uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything renders in your browser.
Does it add padding or backgrounds?
Not unless you ask. Nothing is padded, stretched or recolored by default.
