Mockstack is free. You keep ownership of everything you make. No warranty. These are the rules.
1. Acceptance
By using Mockstack you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Mockstack is a free browser-based tool for composing App Store and Play Store marketing screenshots, provided "as is" and "as available" for personal and commercial use.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the screenshots you upload and the compositions you export. We claim no ownership over your work and never receive a copy of it. You are responsible for what you upload, don't use material you don't have the right to use.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the service or resell it as your own. Don't use it to produce content that infringes third-party rights or violates law. Don't abuse the service in ways that degrade it for others.
5. Advertising
Mockstack is supported by advertising. By using the service, you agree to the display of ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. No warranty
Mockstack is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exports will be accepted by any app store.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disco Volante Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Mockstack. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may restrict access for violations of these Terms. You can stop using Mockstack at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms; changes are reflected in the date above. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
