Developer & Data
Format, decode and compare. With a cheat sheet built into each one.
Why run these in a browser tab
These are the lookups that interrupt real work: what a cron string actually means, which claim in a JWT carries the expiry, whether two config files differ in more than whitespace. Each one is a single page that answers the question and gets out of the way.
Open the page, paste, get the answer, close the tab. Once a tool has loaded what it needs, it keeps working with the network off.
Most carry their own cheat sheet, because the thing you actually forget is the syntax, not the tool. The regex tester lists the token reference beside the matches. The cron builder writes the schedule out in English and shows the next ten runs. The JWT decoder names every registered claim it finds.
Common questions
Do these tools upload my data?
No. Every tool on this page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or drop is sent anywhere.
Do they work offline?
Yes, once a tool has loaded what it needs. A few load a helper the first time you use a feature, like the minifier in the code beautifier; after that they keep working without a connection.
Is there a limit on file or input size?
There is no imposed limit. The practical ceiling is your browser's memory, which in normal use means multi-megabyte files are fine.
